Thank you for this insight Chris. Very interesting. I too have been experiencing the “evidence based medicine/craftsmanship” dissonance in my leadership practice recently. I read your article with great interest. We’ve started to integrate “narrative” into different aspects of our work here that (I think?) have traditionally excluded such approaches. Any tips for a group looking to include “narrative” in their everyday work?
